syri guesthouse was the best property i've stayed at in laos. the friendly staff, clean facilities, and comfortable beds with thick curtains made for a great stay. the attached cafe and good breakfast were a bonus. definitely recommend!

the beds were super comfortable and came with large sheets. the complementary water refill and soy milk options were appreciated. the location was perfect, with easy access to bike rentals and a relaxing common area.

There were a few little things that could have been better. There were more mosquito bites after two nights than I had in three weeks in Laos.

The hostel exceeded my expectations! the beds were comfortable and the common areas were clean and cozy. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with bookings and recommendations. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the hostel and the peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the shower had all the necessary amenities.

The wifi was a bit slow, but I've heard that's common in this area. the power sockets were also a bit tricky to use, requiring a specific type.

The hostel boasts of being nicely styled, with competence, friendly, & polite staff. There are a few places to eat and drink locally, some within a few minutes' walk of the hostel. Beds are comfy, with privacy curtains, & rooms are spacious. Guests can relax in the common areas and play pool. Breakfast included a sandwich and craft tea, & free drinking water & utensils are available. Thick curtains to block light & showers which allow the precise desired temperature are added advantages.

The rooms have limited provision for free water, coffee, and tea.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the female dorm with its private beds and curtains. The small details like the toilet in the room and amazing shampoo were nice. The second-floor room was perfect for reading and relaxing, and the balcony outside was a great place to have breakfast. The staff was super nice and spoke English well.

We had such a comfortable stay at Syri Guesthouse. The beds in the dorm were like cozy little havens, with curtains for extra privacy and plenty of space for our belongings. The common areas were lovely, perfect for relaxing and playing pool. And the free tea was a nice touch. Despite a small issue with the bathroom cleanliness, overall we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hostel to others.

The communal areas were amazing! We spent a lot of time relaxing, playing pool, and reading in the lovely common areas. The bed was so comfortable and came with thick curtains that made it really dark for a good night's sleep. , the staff was super friendly and helped us book a bus to our next destination. Plus, the location was perfect - we were just around the corner from a vibrant night market and within walking distance to everything.

The breakfast portions were a little small for us, but it wasn't a huge issue. , we ran out of toilet paper in the bathroom a couple of times, but we were able to use other bathrooms when necessary.
